TGCF Academic Scholarships are awarded once a year, in the spring. The counseling departments in the public schools of Clarke, Oconee and Barrow counties will be provided information as to requirements. All funds awarded will be paid directly to each winning student’s university.

Deadline for Submission: Friday, February 12, 2027.

Preference is given to applicants demonstrating strong financial need and high academic achievement.

Scholarship recipients will be notified by Monday, March 8, 2027 BY EMAIL.

Important Instructions:

Scholarship recipients will be notified by email. Scholarship committee members may call or text applicants with questions or requests for missing/additional information.

The following items must be submitted with this application form. Incomplete applications will not be considered:

1. High school transcript with class rank, grades through December 2025, and current classes in progress.

2. S.A.T. or A.C.T. score report(s).

3. One (1) letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or school administrator. Letters from other persons/additional letters will not be reviewed.
