*Who can play? Women and men, high school age and older
*What kind of games? Game of your choice for four people
*What do I need to bring? Your own card table, tablecloth or mat (if you choose), game of any kind, and your own group of four people. Chairs will be provided
*How many people at each table? Maximum of four per table
*How do I pay for a table? QR code, check, website: thegeorgiaclubfoundation.com/event/sipandplay
*Can I write a check? Checks can be mailed to The Georgia Club Foundation, 854 Commons Park, Suite 235, Statham, GA 30666, or handed to a TGCF Board Member.
*Can I arrive late? Yes, coordinate with the players at your table
*When should I set up my card table? Between 10-12 a.m. on March 12. Bring your game setup at the start.
*When must I remove my table? Card tables and game setup must be removed from the ballroom after the event.
*Are there refunds? No, please consider it a donation.
*Can I pay on March 12? No, the deadline is March 3.
*What are the refreshments? Cash bar with 25% off house wine and domestic beer. Light snacks will be provided. No outside food.
*Can I order off the Club menu? Not during the event, but you may make a reservation in advance for the Club Dining Room for after the event.
*Is my registration fee tax deductible? 60% of the registration fee will be tax deductible
