The Georgia Club Foundation Charity Golf Classic will be held on Monday, September 29th. Mark your calendars!
We hope you will support The Georgia Club Foundation to further our support to local charitable organizations. We ensure that all our donations and your contributions are used directly to help our communities in Barrow, Oconee and Athens Clarke counties.
Day of the Event Information
Registration and Format: Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. in The Georgia Club Ballroom. Play will begin at 9:30am with a shotgun start and format will be a 4-person scramble.
Breakfast: Sponsored by Chick-fil-A of Winder and Java Joy
Raffle Items: You can now pre-purchase 20 Raffle tickets in a package with a Tee Buster and a Mulligan for only $100! (Valued at $250) See Information below. Also, be sure to get to the club early to purchase additional raffle tickets for items like restaurant gift cards, Georgia Club swag, rangefinder, Foot Joys and other great items. Individual Raffle tickets are $10.00. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony.
Putting Contest: Come join us on the practice green before teeing off and putt for a chance to win a $250.00 gift card. Tickets are $10.00.
Live Auction: We have a great lineup of live auction items! A trip to Italy, trip to Antigua, a UGA blanket, sunset dinner for 10 on the Georgia Club veranda, “Shoot with the Sheriff” and golf for 4 and 1 nights stay in the Georgia Club suite!
50/50 Split the Pot: You can purchase online up to the day of the tournament and on-site day of tournament.
Awards reception: Will be immediately following round and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.
TAMMYLAND! Get ready! If this is your first time playing in this event, or you are a returning golfer, you are in for a treat! Stop by Tammyland at the clubhouse when making the turn and get your taco fix. So delicious!
